We will bill each time you request only for the disclosure of personal information or disclosure of usage purpose of the personal information.Please enclose the money order when sending the request.

5.How do we disclose?

Basically we will send you the requested information to the address that was on the requested form.

  ◇We only deal with the minimum information that you requested and we will only use the acquired personal information for requested reasons.

◇We might not be able to fully respond to your request for the following reasons. In that case, we will send you the reason but the fee will not be returned.

②   If the information is not enough

③  When the request or the reason of disclosure do not follow the rules or regulation

④  Disclosing the information might be harmful for the person himself or the third party

⑤  If disclosing the information might be harmful to our company

※Personal information subject to disclosure is set of personal information that we have the authorization to add, edit, disclose and edit upon the requests from the person himself. However the following is excluded from what we define “personal information subject to disclosure”.

a) When disclosing the existence of personal information subject to disclosure may be harmful to the person himself or third parties’ assets.

b) When disclosing the existence of personal information subject to disclosure may induce crimes or illegal incidents.

c) When disclosing the existence of personal information subject to disclosure may cause national level crimes.

d) When disclosing the existence of personal information subject to disclosure may be harmful to the public institutions or other organizations.
